Pet Policy: We welcome two pets per apartment home. There is a $300 one-time non-refundable pet fee for one, and $150 one-time non-refundable pet fee for two pets. There is a weight limit of 75 lbs per pet, and aggressive breeds are prohibited.

Restrictions and additional information: Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Pit Bull, Terrier/Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Presa Canarios, Akita, Alaskan Malamutes, Wolf-Hybrid, or any mix thereof.
